Samsung is getting serious play on the smartphone market in 2013. According to sources, Samsung will ship 350 million devices to the Galaxy series smartphones worldwide from 500 million handsets Samsung is scheduled to be shipped next year.

Quoted from Digitimes, Thursday (12/27/2012), predicted there would be 860 to 900 million smartphones were shipped worldwide in 2013.
