Corruption has impoverished the people of Indonesia.

Corruption has impoverished the people of Indonesia.

Our country, Indonesia is not only known as a nation that is friendly to his guests, but is also known sebegai most corrupt nation in the world, according to the various agencies of nature because Indonesia was the highest ranking in the list of most corrupt countries in the world.

No wonder that the Central Bureau of Statistics says there are now about 30 million people are still classified as absolute poor (below the poverty line).

This happens, because there is good money in the state budget that was supposed to Bellanja empower masysrakat economy, but even if segelintitr corrupted people, ranging from official government offices, political party leaders to members of the House of Representatives (DPR).

Aware of the dangers CORRUPTION

By
Ustadz Abu Humaid Arif Syarifuddin

Looking at the current situation, how many people are doing this deplorable act. In fact we find in almost all walks of life, from the very bottom, middle to upper class. Audiences were then classified into the perpetrators of this corruption-grade class.

Start petty criminals until big fish. Within the scope of the community, or even many may never encounter, someone who gets the mandate to spend something, and then left after spending, money given the remaining owner, but he did not tell the rest of the money, even though only a hundred dollars, but go into ' saku'nya, or by manipulating the memorandum of shopping.

As for the big-time criminals, it is not half-hearted that he 'embat' to billions even trillion and. The extent of the danger this act? We try to review it by taking one hadith the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam following. May be useful, and we can avoid or be aware of the danger. (Editorial).

Of 'Adiy ibn' Amirah Al Kindi radi 'anhu said: I heard the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

"Those of you that we assign to a job (business), and then he hid from us a needle or more than that, then it is ghulul (shackles, treasure corruption) that he will bring the Day of Resurrection". ('Adiy) said: Then there is a black man from the Ansar stood up to the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, as if I saw it, and he said, "O Messenger of Allah, that you assign copotlah my position." The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam asked, "What the hell?" He replied, "I hear you say, so and so (the above words mean, Pen.)." He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "I tell you now, (that) whoever of you that we assign to a job (business), then let him bring (all results), a little or a lot. Then, what is given to him, then he (should) take it. Whereas what is prohibited, then it should not. "

TAKHRIJ HADITHs
- This hadith issued by Muslim in his Saheeh al Emirate in the book, chapter Tahrim Hadaya al 'Ummal, hadith no. 3415.
- Abu Dawud in his Sunan al Aqdhiyah in the book, chapter Fi Hadaya al 'Ummal, hadith no. 3110.
- Imam Ahmad in his Musnad, 17 264 and 17 270, from the point Isma'il ibn Abu Khalid, from Qais bin Abu Hazim, of the Friends' Adiy ibn 'Amirah al-Kindi radi' anhu above. The above hadith lafadz performed by Muslims.

BRIEF BIOGRAPHY 'ADIY BIN' Amirah may Allaah be pleased
He is a noble friend, with his full name 'Adiy ibn' Amirah bin Farwah Zurarah bin al Arqam ibn Abu Zurarah al Kindi. He was only slightly narrate Rasululllah sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, among them the hadith.

He died during the caliphate of Muawiyah radi 'anhu. There also argue the other [1]. Bish sowab Allaah knows best.

MUFRADAT (VOCABULARY)
Said ghululan (غلولا) in lafadz Muslim, or ghullun (غل) in lafadz Abu Dawud, both with the letter ghain berharakat dhammah. It contains some sense, of which iron shackles meaningful, or derived from the verb ghalla (غل) which means treacherous [2]. Ibn al-Athir explains, al ghulul (الغلول), at his home in the affairs of meaningful treacherous spoils of war, or steal something from the spoils of war before distribution [3]. Then, it is used for every act of perfidy in a clandestine affair. [4]

So, the word ghulul (الغلول) above, is generally used for each property by the person making the treacherous, or not justified in the task entrusted to him (without the permission of the leader or the person who assigned him). In our language today, this act is called corruption, such as in the hadith that we are discussing this.

MEANING HADITHs
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam convey a warning or a threat to the person who is assigned to handle a job (business), and then he took something from the results of such work secretly without the permission of the principal or person who appointed him, beyond the rights that have been set for him, although only a needle. So, what he took improper manner will be a shackle, which he will bear on the Day of Resurrection. All he did was a treasonous (corruption) of the trust to which it aspires. He will be asked pertanggungjawabnya later on the Day of Resurrection.

When the threat words heard by one of the Ansar, this guy is one of the officers appointed by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he immediately felt scared. He asked the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam to relinquish his post. So the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam explained, so that every person who was tasked with a job, should bring the results of his work as a whole, a little or a lot to him sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam. Then the division, will be done by he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. What is given, meaning they should take. While being held by he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then they should not take it.

Sharh Hadith
The above hadith essentially bans do ghulul (corruption), which took out the right property that has been set, without the permission of the leader or person who assigned him. As confirmed in the hadeeth narrated by Buraidah radi 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

((من استعملناه على عمل فرزقناه رزقا فما أخذ بعد ذلك فهو غلول)).

"Whoever we were assigned to a job, then we set the remuneration (salary) for him, so what he took out of it was a treasure ghulul (corruption)". [5]

Asy Syaukani explained in this hadith there is the argument not halal (haram) to workers (workers) take out additional compensation (wages) as determined by the person who appointed him, and what he took out of it was ghulul (corruption). [6 ]

In the hadith or above, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam delivered globally forms of employment or assignment in question. It is intended to show that the chances of corruption (ghulul) that exist in every work and tasks, especially tasks that generate jobs and wealth or dealing with him. For example, the task of collecting zakat assets, which could be when the officer is not honest, he can hide most of which have been collected from the Zakat, and do not submit to the leadership who assigned him.

Shari'ah LAW ON CORRUPTION
It is clear that corruption acts prohibited by Shari'ah, both in the Book of Allah (al-Qur `an) and the hadiths of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is authentic.

In the Book of Allah, of which is the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وما كان لنبي أن يغل ومن يغلل يأت بما غل يوم القيامة ثم توفى

"There may be a prophet of treason (in matters of war booty). Whoever treason (in matters of spoils it), then on the Day of Resurrection he will come take what dikhianatkannya it ..." [Al 'Imran: 161].

In this verse Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala issued a statement that, all the prophets of God free from treacherous nature, in which the affairs of the spoils of war.

According to the explanation of Ibn 'Abbaas anhuma, this verse was revealed at the time of (after) the battle of Badr, the people lose a piece of thick cloth captured in battle. Then some of them, ie the hypocrites say, that perhaps the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam had taken it. Then Allaah revealed this verse to indicate if the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam free of charges.

Ibn Kathir adds, the statement in the verse is self-purification of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam from all forms of perfidy in encashment mandate, the division of the spoils of war, as well as in other matters [7]. It was, for treason in any business is a big sin. All the prophets of God Ma'shum (awake) of such acts.

Regarding the magnitude of this act of sin, we can understand from the threat contained in the paragraph above, that is when God says: "Those who betrayed (in matters of spoils it), then on the Day of Resurrection he will come dikhianatkannya bring what it ..."

Ibn Kathir said, "In it there is a threat that is very hard." [8]

In addition, acts of corruption (ghulul) is included in the category of eating human treasures vanity that is forbidden by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, as in his words:

ولا تأكلوا أموالكم بينكم بالباطل وتدلوا بها إلى الحكام لتأكلوا فريقا من أموال الناس بالأثم وأنتم تعلمون

"And do not some of you take the other half possessions among you in the way of vanity, and do not bring (the affairs of) the treasure to the judge, so that you can take part of someone else's property with (the act) sin, but ye know "[al-Baqarah / 2:188]

Also the word:

"O ye who believe, do not eat each other neighbor's property by way of vanity ..." [an-Nisa `/ 4: 29].

The ban did ghulul (corruption) which comes from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, then the hadiths that show this ban very much, including the hadith of' Adiy ibn 'Amirah radi' anhu hadeeth of Buraidah and radi 'anhu above.

THE GATES OF CORRUPTION
Corruption opportunities exist in every place, job or task, especially those places termed "wet". Therefore, every Muslim should always be careful when getting chores. By knowing these doors, may we always be vigilant and do not be tempted, so it will be able to maintain the trust that is our responsibility.

The following are among the doors of corruption.

1. When collecting the spoils of war, before the property distributed.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam telling:

"There's a war prophet, then he said to his people:" Do not be following me (to fight) a woman who has been married, while he wants menggaulinya, and he has not done; nor someone who has built a house, while he has not put up the roof; nor is anyone who has bought goats or camels are pregnant, while she was waiting (expecting) peranakannya ".

Then the prophet was at war and when it was near the land (which will be fought) arrive or arrive almost Asr prayer, he said to the Sun: "Surely you ordered, and I was commanded. 'God, resist the sun is to us," the sun tertahanlah opened it up to God for her victory. Then he collected the spoils of war. Then came the fire to eat it, but the fire could not be devoured. He (the Prophet) was called (to his people): "Verily one of you (who do) ghulul (take the spoils secretly).

Then, take the evidence of one person from each tribe swear (allegiance) to me, "then there is a person attached to his hand (pledge allegiance to the Prophet), and he (the Prophet) said," Among you there (who do ) ghulul, it should kabilahmu swear (allegiance) to me, "then there are the hands of two or three men clinging to his hand (pledge allegiance to the Prophet), and he (the Prophet) said," Among you there (which do) ghulul, "then they came for head of cattle brought gold, then they put it down, and then came the fire and ate it. then God justifies the spoils of war for us (because) Allah saw our weakness. [9]

2. When collecting zakat maal (wealth).
A person who was given the task of collecting zakat maal by a leader of the country, if not honest, so maybe he took something from the results (zakat maal) he had collected, and not leave it up to the leader who assigned him. Or he admitted that he took was something that was awarded to him. Such events have occurred at the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and he warned the officer that hard to get a mandate to collect zakat maal, saying:

((أفلا قعدت في بيت أبيك وأمك فنظرت أيهدى لك أم لا))

"Do not you just sit at home the father-mother, and behold, if ye will be rewarded (by others) or not?"

Later in the evening after evening prayers 'The Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam speak (to warn ghulul deeds to the audience). Among the contents of the explanation he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

((فوالذي نفس محمد بيده لا يغل أحدكم منها شيئا إلا جاء به يوم القيامة يحمله على عنقه إن كان بعيرا جاء به له رغاء وإن كانت بقرة جاء بها لها خوار وإن كانت شاة جاء بها تيعر))

"(Then) By (Allah), the soul of Muhammad is in His hands.'s Not one of you take (corrupt) something from it (Zakat), but he will come on the Day of Judgment brought in his neck. If (which he took) a camel , then (camel's) voice. If (which he took) a cow, then (cow pun) sound. Alternatively if (which he took) a goat, then (goat that was) silent ... "[10]

3. Gifts for officers, with without the knowledge and consent or assigning leaders.
In this regard, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam once said:

((هدايا العمال غلول))

"Gifts for the officers is ghulul". [11]

4. Each task whatsoever, especially those dealing with the property, such as a mandate that gets hold treasury, guard Baitul Maal or the other, there is an opportunity for someone who intends to do ghulul bad (corruption), but he has earned a predetermined for him. It has been mentioned in the hadith, the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, that means: Whoever we assign to a job, then we set the remuneration (salary) for him, so what he took out of it was a treasure ghulul (corruption ). [12]

MADE HAZARDS GHULUL (CORRUPTION)
Allah does not forbid something, but beyond that contained evil and harm (hazards) for the culprit. Similarly, the act of corruption (ghulul), did not escape the evil and harm. Among them:

1. Ghulul actors (corruption) will be chained up, or he would bring the results of corruption on the Day of Resurrection, as indicated in paragraph 161 letters to Ali Imran and hadith 'Adiy ibn' Amirah radi 'anhu above. And in the hadeeth of Abu Humaid as Sa'idi radi 'anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

"By (Allah), that my soul is in His hands.'s Not someone take something from it (Zakat), but he will come on the Day of Judgment brought in his neck. Jjika (which he took) a camel, then (camel's) voice. If (which he took) a cow, then (cow pun) sound. Alternatively if (which he took) a goat, then (goat that was) silent ... "[13]

2. Acts of corruption to be the cause of humiliation and punishment of hellfire on the Day of Resurrection.
In Ubadah hadith ash bin Shamit radi 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

"... (Because) the real ghulul (corruption) that is a disgrace, a disgrace, and the fire of hell for the perpetrators". [14]

3. People who die in a state of carrying treasure ghulul (corruption), he is not guaranteed to go to heaven or obstructed. It can be understood from the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

((من فارق الروح الجسد وهو بريء من ثلاث دخل الجنة من الكبر والغلول والدين))

"He separated the soul from his body (dead) in a state free of the three cases, then he (guaranteed) to go to heaven. Ie vanity, ghulul (corruption) and debt". [15]

4. Allah does not accept sadaqah someone from treasures ghulul (corruption), as in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

((لا تقبل صلاة بغير طهور ولا صدقة من غلول))

"Prayer will not be accepted without purification, and Sadaqah is not received from the estate of ghulul (corruption)". [16]

5. Proceeds of corruption is haram, so he became one of the causes that can hinder terkabulnya prayer, as understood from the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam:

"O people, Allah is good, but does not accept that either. And Allah commanded the believers with what God commanded the apostles. Allah says," O apostle, eat of the good things and serve charitable Salih. Behold, I am aware of what you are doing ".

He (God) also says: "O you who believe, eat of the good things that We rizkikan to you," then he (the Messenger) sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersafar tell someone that old, wrinkled and dusty dress. He lifted his hands to the sky (while praying): "O Lord ..., O Lord ...," but the food is unlawful, his drink unlawful, his clothing unlawful, and he is filled with something forbidden. So, how do'anya will be granted? ". [17]

So that can write to the readers about the problem of corruption. May Allah save us from all the bad things that were born or hidden. And hopefully this brief description.

Bish sowab Allaah knows best.
