29 killed due to explosion Near Syrian-Turkish Border
At least 29 people were killed when a car bomb exploded in Syria, near the border crossing to Turkey, on Thursday (15/5).
Syrian human rights observers based in the UK, said the explosion on Thursday (15/5) took place near the border checkpoint in the Bab al-Salameh northern Syria.
The area around the Syrian side of the border crossing was controlled by Islamist rebels that had clashed with militants from the Islamic State of Iraq Kingdom since the beginning of this year.
Turkey now holds more than 600 thousand displaced as a result of nearly three years during the civil war and continue to let the borders remain open during the conflict.
Meanwhile Thursday, 11 foreign ministers of the 11 countries that support the Syrian opposition met in London to look for ways to promote a political solution to the country's political crisis and to obtain relief for people who suffer as a result of the civil war years it was.VOA
