Takhrij Hadith:

VOCABULARY Hadith:

Sharh Hadith:
In this hadith there is a warning of doing injustice and suggestions to do justice. Islamic Shari'a entirely fair, ordered to do justly, and banned from doing injustice. Allah Almighty says:

قل أمر ربي بالقسط

Say, "Rabbku told me to do justice ..." [al-A'raf / 7: 29]

إن الله يأمر بالعدل

Verily Allah tells (you) to be fair ... "[An-Nahl / 16: 90]

الذين آمنوا ولم يلبسوا إيمانهم بظلم أولئك لهم الأمن وهم مهتدون

People who believe and do not mix up their faith with brutality (shirk), they are the ones who get a sense of security and they guided. "[Al-An'am / 6: 82]

Indeed faith in all principal and branches, the Zahir and the mind, everything is fair, as opposed to injustice.

Justice fairest and the principal is to recognize and mengikhlaskan monotheism only to Allah alone, faithful to the names and attributes his good, and mengikhlaskan religion and worship only to Allah Almighty.

The most wrongdoers kezhaliman is doing shirk, associating partners with Allah, as his word:

وإذ قال لقمان لابنه وهو يعظه يا بني لا تشرك بالله إن الشرك لظلم عظيم

And (remember) when Luqman said to his son, when he gave a lesson to him, "O my son! Thou shalt not ascribe Allah, Indeed associate (Allah) is truly a great injustice. "[Luqman / 31: 13]

Rights of the greatest and most obligatory namely the right of Allah over His servants. A servant must know Allah Almighty and worship only Him, not associating him with anything. Allah Almighty and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has said many virtues and praise for the companions g compared with other community-ummah. The Companions radi anhum is the best of humans after the Prophets and Messengers. The Companions are those blessed by Allah and is guaranteed to earn Heaven. The arrival of Islam to us is one of the fruits of struggle, jihad and sacrifice of the Companions radi anhum.

Revile the Companions were essentially blasphemous of Allah Almighty, His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and Islam. لا تسبوا أصحابي, فوالذي نفسي بيده لو أن أحدكم أنفق مثل أحد ذهبا ما بلغ مد أحدهم ولا نصيفه.

Human Menzhalimi many kinds, all of them gathered in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in Farewell Hajj':

إن دماءكم, وأموالكم, وأعراضكم, حرام عليكم كحرمة يومكم هذا, في شهركم هذا, في بلدكم هذا

Truly your blood, your property, your honor, everything is forbidden upon you as illegitimate today, this month, and the country. [6]

So, all the brutality it is darkness on the Day of Judgement. The perpetrators are punished in accordance with kezhalimannya levels. People who dizhalimi reply from the goodness of people who do such injustice. If they have no goodness anymore, then diambillah evils such dizhalimi people and charged to those who do injustice.

Allah Almighty forbids kezhaliman upon Himself, and Allah Almighty also makes it unlawful among His servants. Allah the Most Just in word, deed and his replies.

Allah Almighty says in the hadith Qudsi:

يا عبادي! إني حرمت الظلم على نفسي, وجعلته بينكم محرما; فلاتظالموا ...

O my servants! Verily I forbid brutality on me, and I am making it unlawful among you, do not you each menzhalimi! [7]

That is, that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala forbid injustice acts upon His servants and prohibit their mutual menzhalimi, because brutality itself is absolutely forbidden. Allah Almighty says:

وما أنا بظلام للعبيد

... And I do not menzhalimi my servants. [Qaf / 50: 29]

Allah Almighty also says:

وما الله يريد ظلما للعباد

... And Allah does not want brutality against his servants. [al-Mu'min / 40: 31]

Brutality Has Three Kinds:
1. brutality were not forgiven by Allah, is shirk, associating partners with Allah. Allah Almighty says:

إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء ومن يشرك بالله فقد افترى إثما عظيما

Verily Allah will not forgive (sins) as associate Him (shirk) and He forgives what (sin) than (shirk) is for anyone He wills. Whoever associating Allah, then indeed, he has committed a great sin. [An-Nisa '/ 4: 48]

Allah Almighty also says:

وإذ قال لقمان لابنه وهو يعظه يا بني لا تشرك بالله إن الشرك لظلم عظيم

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

إن الظلم ظلمات يوم القيامة

إن الله ليملي للظالم حتى إذا أخذه لم يفلته, ثم قرأ: وكذلك أخذ ربك إذا أخذ القرى وهي ظالمة إن أخذه أليم شديد

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also said:

من كانت له مظلمة لأخيه من عرضه أو شيء فليتحلله منه اليوم قبل أن لايكون دينار ولادرهم إن كان له عمل صالح أخذ منه بقدر مظلمته وإن لم يكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات صاحبه فحمل عليه

Whoever on him there mazhlamah (kezhaliman) to his brother if he ever damaging the honor or something (property taken by zhalim) belonged to his brother, let him ask him to menghalalkannya now, because there (Day of Judgment) no dinar and dirham. If he has good deeds, it will be taken to (paying) members dizhalimi accordance with kezhalimannya. And if he has no good deeds, then the mistakes of his brother was taken then charged to him [10].

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

واتق دعوة المظلوم, فإنه ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب

... And be careful of the prayers of people who dizhalimi, because there is no barrier between the prayers to Allah [11].

3. brutality that is in the will of Almighty Allah, if He wills He will punish him. And if He wills He will forgive him. Namely the sins committed a servant to his Lord, in addition to shirk. [12]

Allah Almighty provides a straight path for His servants who wish to return to justice. Whoever deviates from him, then he will go back to the brutality that is dragged to Hell.

Prophet:

واتقوا الشح; فإن الشح أهلك من كان قبلكم

And be careful you against the stingy nature / hunks, because stinginess / stinginess that is what has destroyed the people before you

Because of greed for wealth make people collect treasure by all means and from any source, regardless of licit and illicit -na'udzu billah-. Even the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

حملهم على أن سفكوا دماءهم, واستحلوا محارمهم
(Stinginess it) to encourage them (the people before us) to shed blood and justify their honor.

Miser / Grabber shed blood as he looked at could not achieve its goals unless the bloodshed.

In the above hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned his people of the two cases that brutality and avarice / stinginess. Zhalim are abusing others, and that is greedy miser on what other people have. Both are actions that are forbidden. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says:

ومن يوق شح نفسه فأولئك هم المفلحون

... And who guarded him of avarice, then they are the lucky ones. [al-Hashr / 59: 9]

The verse suggests that people who do not keep himself out of stinginess, he had no luck. Because the lucky ones are guarded by Allah Almighty of parsimony. We ask Allah to protect us from the brutality and keep ourselves from stinginess and meanness-ugliness. [13]

Allah Almighty and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also denounced and condemned the nature of hunks, miserly and stingy. Curmudgeonly, miserly and stingy is reprehensible nature, tabi'at humble and poor temperament as well as including one of the diseases among Muslims. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam always seek refuge in Allah from these properties. How come?! Because the disease has killed numerous community, but it also led to the nature of the perpetrators dragged into Hell, wal'iyâdzu Billah.

Among the people there are stingy issuing zakat which Allah Almighty has enjoined upon it, when charity is going to clean up his property and purify himself. Among humans there is also a miserly and stingy towards himself, his wife, and his children, too stingy towards a close relative, his best friends, his guest, the poor, and much more.

That's why he was there a threat that hard in al-Qur'ân and the authentic Sunnah for the person who has the disease and the nature of hunks, miserly and stingy this.

Allah Almighty says:

ولا يحسبن الذين يبخلون بما آتاهم الله من فضله هو خيرا لهم بل هو شر لهم سيطوقون ما بخلوا به يوم القيامة ولله ميراث السماوات والأرض والله بما تعملون خبير

And do not ever people who are miserly with what Allah given to them of His Grace, think that (miser) it is good for them, but (miser) is bad for them. What (treasure) which they kikirkan it will be worn (in the neck) on the Day of Judgment. Allah belongs the one inheritance (what is) in heaven and on earth. Allah Mahateliti of what ye do. [Ali 'Imran / 3: 180]

Allah Almighty also says:

وأما من بخل واستغنى )8( وكذب بالحسنى )9( فسنيسره للعسرى )10( وما يغني عنه ماله إذا تردى

And as for people who are stingy and his feeling self-sufficient (no need for help Allah), and denied (the reward of) the best, then would we easily-right for him the path to distress (misery). And his wealth is not beneficial to him if he had perished. [al-Lail / 92: 8-11]

Abu Hurayrah radi anhu, he said, "The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

لا يجتمع الإيمان والشح في قلب عبد أبدا

مثل البخيل والمنفق كمثل رجلين عليهما جنتان من حديد من ثديهما إلى تراقيهما, فأما المنفق فلا ينفق إلا سبغت, أو وفرت على جلده حتى تخفي بنانه, وتعفو أثره, وأما البخيل فلا يريد أن ينفق شيئا إلا لزقت كل حلقة مكانها, فهو يوسعها فلا تتسع

ثلاث مهلكات: شح مطاع, وهوى متبع, وإعجاب المرء بنفسه

Rasûlullâhn seek refuge in Allah from kezhaliman,

اللهم إني أعوذ بك أن أضل أو أضل, أو أزل أو أزل, أو أظلم أو أظلم, أو أجهل أو يجهل علي

Ya Allah, verily I seek refuge in You, lest I go astray or misled (by the devil or the character of Satan), make a mistake or wronged, slipping or derailed person, menzhalimi (persecute) or dizhalimi (persecuted), and make a fool or be fooled . [17]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also seek refuge in Allah Almighty from the nature of hunks, stingy and miserly. Among the prayer that he read was:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الجبن, وأعوذ بك من البخل, وأعوذ بك من أن أرد إلى أرذل العمر, وأعوذ بك من فتنة الدنيا وعذاب القبر

Ya Allah, verily I seek refuge in You from cowardice, I seek refuge in You from the nature of the hunks / miser, I seek refuge in Mudari returned to the life of the least (senile), and I seek refuge in You from the fitnah (temptation) world and the grave torment. [18]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam also a lot of say a prayer below:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم, والحزن, والعجز, والكسل, والبخل, والجبن, وضلع الدين, وغلبة الرجال

Ya Allah, verily I seek refuge in You from distress, sadness, weakness, laziness, curmudgeonly nature (stingy), cowardly, debt bondage, and controlled by others. [19]
