Former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was banned from entering the UK to promote his new book , because there are new rules of the country of immigration , it was announced British media on Tuesday .
The American , who has been charged as a rapist , currently beraga in Paris and plan to arrive in the UK this week to promote his autobiography titled " Udisputed Truth " .
Based on the new immigration rules in the UK , a person previously sentenced to prison more than four years , banned from entering the country .
Tyson ( 47 ) was jailed for six years in 1992 for former beauty queen accused of rape .
" There is a change in immigration law in the UK began in December 2012 and we are very obeyed , " said his publisher , Harper Collins , as reported by the media .
