TNI chief Gen. Moeldoko opening Plenary Session TNI Manunggal Village Building ( TMMD ) 34th House FY 2013 in Balai Kartini, Jakarta , Tuesday ( 10/12/2013 ) .
TMMD meeting with the theme " The Village Building Manunggal military programs , together military, police , Ministry , Local Government and all other components of the nation , we increase the oneness in building the village in order to optimize the achievement of development outcomes in rural communities " , was attended , the Army Gen. Budiman , Rafters Marshal IB Putu World , TNI Laksdya Wakasal Day Bowo and Wakasad Lt. Gen. M. Munir .
TNI chief said in his speech , the security perspective , TMMD have relevance in efforts to secure the border region and empower the region's defense and supporting early strength according to the defense system of the universe , in maintaining the area and maintain the integrity of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia ( Republic of Indonesia ) .
While on welfare perspective , TMMD directed in order to assist the local government , help tackle due to natural disasters , refugee and humanitarian assistance as well as to help accelerate development efforts in improving the people's welfare .
" TMMD is an attempt to realize the military task . In this context , the military must be able to understand and grasp the idea that there is still a potential that can be developed in the spur and accelerate the completion of the welfare of the people for the people untouched by the development " , said the TNI Commander .
" TNI has a sincere devotion , inherits his past struggles can not be separated from his soul - folk , certainly called to act with other components to help countries in realizing the constitutional mandate " , said the TNI Commander .
TNI chief hope , a plenary meeting of the 34th TA2013 TMMD will give birth to ideas , inspiration and ideas that bring brilliant brightness in finding patterns TMMD integrated quality improvement in the future .
Achievement of quality can be optimized through the utilization of all potentials , have any hope of changing the welfare of the people towards a better , reducing the level of dependency and help reduce the high cost of development . (PUS TNI )
