President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the opening ceremony of breaking fast together at the State Palace attended by presidential candidate Prabowo and Jokowi, say, the importance of the presidential elections were peaceful and democratic.

"Two-two important and can not be separated," Yudhoyono said on Sunday (27/07) evening at the State Palace, Jakarta.

Because of this, the President then invited all the people of Indonesia "to both initiate and succeed the final round of the presidential election."
At the opening ceremony along with it, President Yudhoyono sit down with Prabowo and Joko Widodo.

When the Maghrib prayer in congregation at the State Palace, the President also stands in the middle between Jokowi and Prabowo in the first rows.

Also present were vice Hatta Rajasa and Yusuf Kalla, cabinet ministers and other heads of other state agencies.

The event opened with the Chairman of the Council initiated Gusman Irma was held after the two sides attacking each candidate-related election quick count results.
'The importance of brotherhood'

In his speech, the President also recalled the importance of unity and brotherhood among the members of society.

"The price is very expensive if a nation divided. To put it back together is not an easy thing," he said.

Earlier, the President said he had asked the police and military provide security during the recapitulation of the election on Tuesday (22/07) later.
