Hong Kong Police was officially set Erwiana Sulistyaningsih employer - workers from Indonesia who allegedly tortured - as a suspect .
In a statement issued on Wednesday ( 22 / 01 ) , the police in Hong Kong said Law Wan - tung , 44 -year -old woman , was charged with attacks that make Erwiana injured .
Law Wan - tung also charged with intimidation .
The Associated Press said the charges are alleged to Law Wan - tung also related to alleged attacks on two other domestic workers .
He was arrested at the Hong Kong airport , on Monday ( 20 / 01 ) , when it will fly to Thailand .
Since then he underwent interrogation but was released on bail Wednesday .
Erwiana worked in Hong Kong for eight months and allegedly tortured and forced to return to Indonesia in January , said the organization of migrant workers in Hong Kong .
He is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Sragen , Central Java .
Erwiana 's case sparked outrage both in Hong Kong and Indonesia . Hundreds of people rallied in Hong Kong demand justice for Erwiana after his case appeared .
In Hong Kong , there are about 300,000 workers domestic helpers , mostly from Indonesia and the Philippines .
