Brahimi called for Syrian talks resumed in February


UN Special Envoy Lakhdar Brahimi Arab League , Friday ( 30/1 ) called for peace talks between the Syrian government and the opposition continued in the city of Geneva , Switzerland , on February 10 .

" It was not 100 percent sure , but I hope it will happen , " he said , while speaking at the Munich Security Conference in Munich 50 .

He called on all those who have influence over the Syrian government and the opposition in order to do everything possible to convince all people to return to the talks.
