U.S. dollar traded in the lower 102 yen range in Tokyo early on Wednesday, slightly lower than the rate in New York on Tuesday afternoon.
At 9:00 pm, the dollar was taken from 102.14 to 16 yen, compared with 102.19-29 yen in New York and 102.32-33 yen in Tokyo on Tuesday at 17.00 local time.
The euro was quoted at 1.3745-3749 dollars and 140.41-43 yen, compared with 1.3741-3751 dollars and 140.38-48 yen in New York and 1.3750-3751 dollars and 140.69-73 yen in Tokyo on Tuesday afternoon, Xinhua reported.
