Governor of DKI Jakarta , Joko Widodo , summoned by residents , Horace AM Naiborhu , as a candidate for president of the PDI-P in the 2014 election .
" Governor Jokowi should finish his term until 2017 , according oath in front of the representatives of the people and God Almighty , " said Naiborhu , here on Saturday .

He explained Jokowi became governor under Law 32/2004 on Regional Government since October 15, 2012 .
" In accordance with article 110 , paragraph 3 , of Law 32/2004 , it should withdraw from pencapresannya Jokowi , " he said .
The regional head and deputy regional head hold office for five years since his inauguration .
" So Jokowi tenure as Governor of Jakarta will expire on October 15, 2017 , " he said .
In addition under article 110 , paragraph 1 of Law 32/2004 , before taking office , has Jokowi oath or affirmation referred to in Article 110 , paragraph 2 of Law 32/2004 .
Through the summons , he reminded Jokowi of its obligations to comply with laws and regulations and fulfill their obligations as governor of Jakarta appropriate legislation .
" However , if Jokowi ignore the subpoena and continue to implement the intent forward as a presidential candidate , then I will take legal action to sue Jokowi , " he said .
