Wash raw chicken increase the risk of Campylobacter infection
UK health agency advised consumers to stop washing raw chicken meat because it may increase the risk of food poisoning.
An online poll of 4,500 adults to show that 44% of them still wash chicken before cooking.
But the Food Standards Agency (FSA) UK told to wash raw chicken campylobacter bacteria can spread to the arms, desk, clothes, and kitchen tools, splash through the water.
