Countries in West
Africa now faces disaster EBOLA virus
outbreak that has killed over2,500 people. This
amount will increase in the coming days. The spreads the Ebola virus
in Africa it seems to repeat the HIV-Aids virus
outbreak that was also initiated in Africa.
According to the
Holy Al-Qur'an's and some of the Hadith, the Prophet Muhammad,
50,000years before GOD created the heavens and the Earth
and the entire universe, God has
written in the book of Ahlaul Mahfush,
regarding everything in the universe including what's
happening in the world, the fate of a person, when he
is born, dies, marries and ill, his income, even the
leaves are falling from the tree was already
written in books. Sofate and all incidents already
exist in the provision of God. This destiny can only
change of prayer (our request) to Allâh businesses
to the whole universe, only he has the right to change
the provisions of preogatif through the prayers
of our prayers, when our prayers (granted God. So in
addition to trying todetermine the success of prayer, effort
and human trying.
TA'ZIYAH FIQH
By
Musa'id Ibn Shaykh Qashim Al-Falih
Man is a creature
that cannot live without the other person. He needs to
get alongwith others. This is innate. Unlikely anyone
could avoid it, especially in the era ofglobalized world, a small village only. Connect
with other people, although it is sometimes negative, while arthritis progresses without
control, but it is also anopportunity that can bring in diverse fields,
as well as the benefit of the charity to getthe
reward.
Islam is very responsive
to this phenomenon. Not just communication-themed and thelarge-scale diperhatikannya,
but very little else relations could not escape the watchful
eye. This is because in order to benefit mankind, as
being a noble personality. Islamhas provided the
regulations in this matter, so that this sort of mu'amalah in
the Association, human beings are not speeding limits specified in
the same corridor. Sothe Association is not detrimental to either
party.
One of these is ta'ziyah mu'amalah form. Or referred to
organizing. How does an explanation of this problem?
To explain this,
we ta'ziyah ketengahkan reviews are taken from the
book at Ta'ziyah, the works of Syaikh Qashim Ibn Musa'id al Falih,
who published the Dar al ' Ashimah.May be useful.
DEFINITION OF TA'ZIYAH
The word
"ta'ziyah", etymologically is a form of mashdar (a
noun derivative) of the verb ' aza. Its meaning is
similar to the al aza'u. The patient is facing disaster loss.[1]
In the terminology
of science of jurisprudence, "ta'ziyah" is defined by a
variety ofeditors, that its substance is not so different
from the meaning of his dictionary skalian.
Author of the book Radd al
Mukhtar says: "Berta'ziyah to the AHL mayyit (family wholeft dead) the
intent is, entertaining them in order to be patient, and mendo'akannya".[2]
Imam al Khirasyi in syarahnya wrote:
"Ta'ziyah, that entertain people that experience a disaster with the
reward-reward promised by God, and praying for them
andmayitnya".[3]
Imam Nawawi Allaah says: "that
is motivating people who were hit by natural disastersin
order to be more patient, and comfort her in order to forget
it, easing the pressure of sadness and himpitan overwrite the disaster".[4]
LAW JURISPRUDENCE TA'ZIYAH
Based on the consensus
of the scholars, as mentioned by Ibn Qudaamah, the law
isthe sunnah [5]. This is reinforced by the
hadeeth of the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam, among them:
The oracles of the
Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam.
Whoever berta'ziyah to
people that experience a disaster such as a reward, he gainedthe
reward of that person. [NARRATED by Tirmidhi 2/268. He said: this hadeeth gharib. All I
know, this Hadith does not except from the line ' could
be ' Adi bin ' Asim "; Ibn maajah, 1/511].
Other propositions,
' Abdullah bin ' Amr bin al Ash tells, that at one
time the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam asked Fathimah Radi ' put: '
o, Fathimah! What makes you out of the House? " Fathimah replied,
"I'm berta'ziyah to families who were left behind to
die this way." [NARRATED by Abu Dawood, 3/192].
WISDOM TA'ZIYAH
In addition to the
reward, there is also a benefit for both parties [6]. Among
other things:
-Lighten the load accident suffered
by the person who is dilayat.
-Memotivasinya to
continue to be patient to face disaster, and hope the
reward fromAllah Ta'ala.
-Memotivasinya to the
pleasure with the provisions or qadar Allah Ta'ala and
submit them to God.
-Mendo'akannya to the disaster was
replaced by God with something better.
-Forbade him from
doing niyahah (lament), hitting, or ripped clothing, and
others as a result of the accident on him.
-Praying for the
dead with kindness.
-The existence of reward for
people who berta'ziyah.
TIME TA'ZIYAH
Scholars regard that ta'ziyah is
allowed before and after the dead are buried.[7]
Other opinions,
as was narrated from Imam Tsauri, that he viewed
the makruh ta'ziyahafter mayitnya buried. The reason, after mayitnya buried,
it means the problem is alsofinished. While the ta'ziyah itself disyari'atkan in
order to entertain the people whowere hit by a disaster can forget
it. Therefore, it should be done at the time of the
occurrence of ta'ziyah disaster. At that time, people who were
hit by a disaster reallyclaimed to be patient. [8]
The opinion that rajih,
namely the opinion of scholars. The reason is, people who were
hit by natural disasters requires the performer to reduce
the burden of disasters asqueezing. This of course required Penglipur, though mayitnya already buried,
as sheneeds it before it was buried. Even the dead were
buried after ta'ziyah ruling is preferable. Because, before he
was busy taking care of the deceased.

more lonely and miserable due to exactly split with the ruling.[9]
PERIOD OF TA'ZIYAH
Ta'ziyah disyari'atkan within
a period of three days after mayitnya was buried. The
number of these three days is not a limitation of the finals, but
it approximations only (less PC only). And scholars upon
whom makruh, when ta'ziyah is done over three days
[10]. This is based on the words of the Messenger of
Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam.
It is not permitted for
a woman who believe in God and the day of judgement, to
mourn over the three days, with the exception of mourning because her
husband (leftoff), i.e. during the four months of ten
days. [NARRATED by Bukhari, 2/78; Muslim,4/202].
The other reason, after three
days, usually people who were left behind to die, becalm. Then, no
longer need to be resurrected his sadness with dilayat. Kendatipun so,scholars made
an exception. That is when people are going to melayatnya, or
adilayatnya hendah (family who left dead) is not
in a period of three days.
Some of the scholars madh'hab Syafi'iyah and Hanbalis bail granted. Until whenever, there
are no restrictions on time. Because, according to
them, the purpose of ta'ziyahis for memotivasinya to be
patient, praying for and not do the mourning, and so on.The purpose
of this course is valid for long periods of time.
The stronger of
the two opinions, it is the opinion of scholars.
REPEATING TA'ZIYAH
Repeating ta'ziyah, ruling dimakruhkan. Not
to be berta'ziyah in the graveyard, when the earlier already
did.
The wisdom and reason, because he ta'ziyah goals already
achieved in ta'ziyah the first time, so it doesn't need
to be repeated again, so as not to make him keep squeezing.[11]
TO WHOM BERTA'ZIYAH?
His ta'ziyah done to
all the people who were hit by natural disasters (AHL mushibah),
whether parents, children, and especially those who are
weak. More specifically tocertain people from those who feel lost and
lonely because of such calamities. But the scholars
are unanimously agreed that a man should not be berta'ziyah to a
young woman, for it can give rise to defamation (the
danger), except mahramnya. [12]
If the current ta'ziyah know
of any falsehood, the truth should not be ignored or
abandoned. People wailed and ripped off his clothes,
and so forth, he should not beallowed. So did other things.
TA'ZIYAH TO UNBELIEVERS
There is a difference of
opinion in the matter of organizing to dzimmi infidels(unbelievers in protection). Hanafiyah scholars and Syafi'iyah ruling [13]. As
for ImamAhmad behave tawaqquf, he did not argue anything on
this issue.[14]
Whereas the
companions of Imam Ahmad looked at ta'ziyah with ' iyadah (peek orbesuk). And in
this issue, they have two opinions:
First: Looking and organizing an illegal ruling unbelievers or haraam [15]. Evidencethat their use is:
لَا تَبْدَءُوا
الْيَهُودَ وَلَا النَّصَارَى بِالسَّلَامِ فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمْ أَحَدَهُمْ فِي
طَرِيقٍ فَاضْطَرُّوهُ إِلَى أَضْيَقِهِ
Do not initiate greetings
to Jews and Christians. When you cross paths with one
of them, pepetlah to the narrow place. [NARRATED by Muslim, 7/5]
.
In this case, ta'ziyah likened
to start greetings to them.
Both: allow ta'ziyah and see
him, with evidence the following Hadith:
Formerly there
was a Jewish child who helped the Prophet Sallallaahu '
alaihi wa sallam. A when the child is sick. The
Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam see him. Hesat near his
head, and said, go in Islam ".
The boy looked at his
father who was present nearby.

that the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam came out saying: "praise
be to Allah, who has saved the child from the torments of hell". [NARRATED
by Bukhari,2/96].
The opinion that rajih,
IE organizing an unbeliever should not dzimmi, except whencarrying the
benefit-supposedly the rajih-for example expecting it to
Islam. And Allah knows best.
ORGANIZING MUSLIMS
WHO LEFT DEAD BY A PAGAN
Scholars allow ta'ziyah to
him [16]. As for her opinion, held by Malik and
one of historyof the Hanbalis [17].
That rajih in
this matter, is the opinion of scholars. The evidence for
this is that these two postulates are ordered ta'ziyah.
WHAT IS
PRONOUNCED AS BERTA'ZIYAH?
Based on the
opinion of the scholars on this issue, it can be inferred that
they do notlimit and do not specify specific readings that
should be pronounced as berta'ziyah.
Ibn qudaamah argued [18]: "All we
can tell, there is no particular special greeting inta'ziyah. However,
it is narrated that the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa
sallam has beenorganizing someone and say:
رَحِمَكَ اللهُ
(May God merahmatimu,
and give you a reward. – H.R. Tirmidhi 4/60).
Imam Nawawi argues [19],
which is good for most pronounced when the ta'ziyah,
that is what is said by the Prophet Sallallaahu '
alaihi wa sallam to a Messenger who came to him to
give the news of someone's death. He ' alaihi wa sallam
said to themessengers: go back to him and say to him:
أَنَّ لِلَّهِ مَا
أَخَذَ وَلَهُ مَا أَعْطَى وَكُلُّ شَيْءٍ عِنْدَهُ بِأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى فَمُرْهَا
فَلْتَصْبِرْ وَلْتَحْتَسِبْ
Indeed belongs to God what
he took, and will return to him what he was given.Everything
that Samurai there is a period of time (there are dead). Then
let thou be patient and expect a reward from God. [NARRATED
by Muslim, 3/39].
Some of the scholars mensunnahkan,
so when organizing Muslims who left dead by the
Muslims, to read:
May God pahalamu Tuck, give
you solace is good, and I hope he gives grace to
thedeceased. [20]
According to the
sect, the mendoa'akan Syafi'iyah dilayat or that
experience a disasterby saying: "may God forgive the deceased, tuck pahalamu,
and give you a good relief," but, there are also prayed with prayers said just
about anything.[21]
As for when organizing a
muslim who left dead by a kaafir, then simply by praying
forthose who were left behind to die alone and did not pray
for the deceased (theinfidels). And organizing an unbeliever,
as already discussed in advance, are not allowed, with the
exception of the benefits that brings.
While the Hanbalis and Syafi'iyah which
allows organizing an unbeliever because leftdead by a muslim, gave guidance: benediction
(May Allah give
you solace, and may he forgive the deceased).
And when that
died are unbelievers, his prayer is:
أَخْلَفَ اللهُ
عَلَيْكَ وَلاَ نَقَصَ عَدَدَكَ
(May God replace
them buatmu, and may not mitigate thee).
That is, so that
the sum of Jizya (tribute) taken from them remain huge.[22]
This issue is commented
upon by Imam Nawawi: "it's very problematic, so pray forunbelievers and disbelief still exists
or existed. Preferably, this left only "[23] what
is said by Imam Nawawi was correct.
Furthermore, what
is said by people who dilayat? In this case the same. There
are noprovisions for special readings that should be read as
an answer to the mourners.
There is an
opinion of the Hanbalis, that it is Sunnah to recite:
اسْتَجَابَ اللهُ
دُعَاءَكَ وَرَحِمَنَا وَإِيَّاكَ
(May God mengabukan do'amu. And hopefully She loves
us, also). [24]
SITTING AROUND WHEN TA'ZIYAH
Gather and read the
Qur'an when organizing, not a hint of the Prophet Sallallaahu '
alaihi wa sallam; both tombs or in places not taught [25]. Scholars forbid sitting in
the place of people who were left behind to die. The disyari'atkan is, after the
corpse was buried, preferably back to their respective times. This
prohibition is makruh (makruhtanzih) when not coupled to
other evils-evils.

the place of people who were left behind to die. The disyari'atkan is, after the
corpse was buried, preferably back to their respective times. This
prohibition is makruh (makruhtanzih) when not coupled to
other evils-evils. But if coupled with absence-the absence
of, for example, the innovation-bid'ah, then it is haraam.[26]
The usual custom is
done by people, such as sitting in the place of people who were
left behind to die, and then issued the cost for the
purposes of this and that, theyleave what makes her affairs; at
the same time, they denounce the people who don't want to follow the
event. In the event that they do things which are not disyari'atkan,
and this includes the innovation activities are condemned by
the Messenger of Allaah 'alaihi wa sallam.[27]
In this issue it
is argued would let him. They are some of the scholars and MalikiyahHanafiyah [28]. They quoted the
hadeeth which was narrated by Aisha Radi ' put
one,he recounts, when the Messenger of Allaah ' alaihi wa sallam Ibn Haritha came,
apparently, Ja'far Ibn Abu Talib and Abdullah bin Rawaahah was
killed. Then he sat down. He knows if there
is sadness in that place [...] [NARRATED by Muslim, 3/45]
.
The answer or rebuttal of this
opinion is that the coming of the Prophet and he n sit
down, don't mean to ta'ziyah, and there is no indication of the
direction for it inberta'ziyah.[29]
Therefore, some of
the scholars of the Hanbalis stated, the dimakruhkan is actuallystaying
in the place of people who were left behind to die, sitting
around for people who've already been organizing before, or
sit to be organizing any longer. [30]
So a few points with
regard to ta'ziyah. May be described by
