Composite Index opened up 6.15 points

Composite Stock Price Index ( CSPI ) in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) on Monday opened up 6.15 points , or 0.15 per cent to 4201.71 points .

While the index of 45 leading shares ( LQ45 ) rose 1.58 points ( 0.23 percent ) to a level of 700.15 .

Yudoprawiro Yualdo Securities analyst Samuel said optimism the U.S. economic recovery pushed Asian markets , including BEI index rose .

" Asian markets opened mixed this morning with a strong tendency factoring U.S. GDP data , " he said .

Statement of the international monetary funds ( IMF ) raised its forecast for U.S. economic growth , he said , adding optimism of market participants .

However, he said , the new positive sentiment in the country is still minimal .

In addition , he continued , long into the Christmas holiday period and the end of the year to make the market will tend to slack so that the strengthening of the BEI index is limited .

Technical Analyst Team Mandiri Securities will trade also projected to decline to enter the Christmas and New Year's holidays .

They estimate , JCI will fluctuate in the range of 4174-4225 points in today's trading .

In regional markets , the Hang Seng index rose 150.12 points ( 0.66 percent) to 22962.30 ; Nikkei- 225 index rose 11.20 points ( 0.07 percent ) to a level of 15870.42 and Straits Times gained 8 , 98 points ( 0.29 percent ) to 3103.49 position .
