MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) assert unlawful Jilboobs




Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued a fatwa has expressly forbidden the use of Muslim clothing that still shows the curves. This includes the hijab for women users, but still wearing a sexy dress that shows her curves which is now known as jilboobs.

"It is about MUI fatwa pornography. Including it should not show the forms of the body, wear hijab but slinky. MUI strictly forbids it, "said Vice Chairman of the MUI, KH Ma'ruf Amin in Jakarta, Thursday (08/07/2014), as reported Liputan6.com.

According to Kyai Ma'ruf, it forbids it because genitalia are covered by a Muslim is not in accordance with what the Islamic law regarding how to dress.

By doing so, MUI also appealed to every Muslim who has been wearing the hijab for more of the manner of dress.

The term "hijab slang", "fashionable veil" or "hijab cool" ... certainly not foreign to our ears, because these names are very popular and ngetrend among the Muslim woman. In fact, most of them feel proud to wear the hijab and think this model is more appropriate to the circumstances of today. Ironically, some of them actually considers the veil in accordance with Shari'a is an ancient, rigid, and not in accordance with the demands of time.

In fact, is not Allaah which prescribed any laws in Islam is to know everything that the good of His servants, and He prescribed any for their religious laws are very suitable to their condition in every age and place ? Allah Almighty says:

ألا يعلم من خلق وهو اللطيف الخبير

"Is not God who created (the universe and its contents) omniscience (all things)? And He is Subtle, the Knower "[al-Mulk: 14]

And is not God almighty Jalaa Jalaaluh His perfect knowledge that there is no goodness that escaped from his knowledge and there is no one who forgot keutamaanpun prescribed him in his religion?

Most holy Allaah who said:

لا يضل ربي ولا ينسى

"My Rabb (Allah Almighty) will not be wrong and not (also) forgetting" [Thaahaa: 52].

In another verse, He Jalaa Jalaaluh says:

وما كان ربك نسيا

"And your Lord (Allaah) is not likely to forget" [Maryam: 64].

And the righteous Allaah who said:

إن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان وإيتاء ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر والبغي يعظكم لعلكم تذكرون

"Surely Allah commands (you) to be fair and do good, giving to kinsfolk, and God forbid of indecency, kemungkaran and hostility. He teaches you that you may take heed "[An-Nahl: 90].

This noble verse indicates that all cases are prohibited by Allah Almighty in Islam must bring to the ugliness and destruction, as all the cases which he commanded definitely bring the goodness and welfare [1]

May Allah SWT bless priests 'Izzuddin' Abdul 'Aziz bin' Abdis Salam which exposes the beauty of the religion of Islam in his speech: "... Then Allaah commanded His servants through His Messenger sallallaahu oral 'alaihi wa sallam with all the good and welfare, and prohibit them from sin and hostility ...

Similarly Jalaa Jalaaluh He commanded them to achieve all the good (to) meet (commands) and obeying Him, and away from all the bad things (to) commit adultery and disobey Him, as goodness and grace (from him) to them, because He is all-rich (and no need) to obedience and worship them.

He then Almighty conveyed to them (in Islam) the things that bring all the goodness and instructions for them that they do, and the things that bring all the evils and misguidance for them so they stay away.

And He Subhanahu wa Ta'ala conveyed to them that Shaytan is an enemy for them so that they are hostile and did not take it. He then made the Jalaa Jalaaluh goodness in the world and the hereafter is only achieved by obeying the command (His) and stay away from immoral acts (to) Him "[2]

Between Hijab and Jilbab Gaul Syar'i
Based on the above, then every Muslim who believes in Allaah and His religion of truth that all obliged to believe that God rules in Islam Jalaa Jalaaluh set of clothes and jewelry for the Muslim woman is to the benefit / kindness and care for the sanctity themselves and their honor.

Jalaa Jalaaluh God says:

يا أيها النبي قل لأزواجك وبناتك ونساء المؤمنين يدنين عليهن من جلابيبهن ذلك أدنى أن يعرفن فلا يؤذين وكان الله غفورا رحيما

"O Prophet, tell your wives, daughters, and wives of the believers that they let their stretched hijab-veil throughout their bodies. That is so they are easier to be known, so they are not bothered / hurt. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful "[al-Ahzaab: 59]

In this verse Allah describes the obligation to wear the veil for women and the wisdom of this Shari'a law, namely: "that they may be easier to be known, so they are not bothered / hurt".

Shaykh Abdurrahman as-Sa'di said: "This shows that the disorder (for a woman of the people who have a certain bad) would arise if the woman was not wearing hijab (which is in accordance with the Shari'a). This is because if a woman does not wear hijab, maybe people will think that he is not a woman 'afifah (awake honor), so that the existing disease (impotence) in hatiya will disrupt and harm the woman, or even degrading / abusing ... Then to wear the hijab (which according to the law) would prevent (onset) desires (bad) to a woman's self from the people who have bad intentions "[4]

In another verse, Allah Almighty says:

وإذا سألتموهن متاعا فاسألوهن من وراء حجاب ذلكم أطهر لقلوبكم وقلوبهن

"And when you ask for something (purpose) to them (the wives of the Prophet), then ask from behind the curtain. Such a way that it is purer for your hearts and their hearts "[al-Ahzaab: 53]

Shaykh Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Shaykh Alu said: "(In this verse) Allah characterization of the hijab / veil as the sanctity of the hearts of the believers, men and women, because the human eye if you do not see (anything that invites lust, because hindered hijab / veil) then his heart will not desire (bad). Therefore, in this condition the human heart will be holy, so that (opportunity) is not the emergence of slander (destruction) was greater, because the hijab / veil completely prevented (onset) desires (worse) than those of existing disease (in) his heart "[5]

As we must believe that all the provisions of the act menyelisihi Allaah will cause a variety of damage and bad for women even the Muslims as a whole.

Therefore, Allaah prohibits acts tabarruj (revealing beauty and jewelry when outside the home [6]) for women and menyerupakannya with the ladies during the act of ignorance. Allah Almighty says:

وقرن في بيوتكن ولا تبرجن تبرج الجاهلية الأولى

"And let you (O wives of the Prophet) settled in your homes and do not you bertabarruj (often out of the house with ornate and act) like a (custom) Ignorance women who used" [al-Ahzaab: 33].

Tabarruj Meaning And Explanation
In language meant to show jewelry tabarruj for strangers (non-mahram). [7]

Imam ash-Shawkani said: "The at-tabarruj is a woman appeared with some of the jewelry and beauty which (supposedly) obligated to covered, which can provoke lust (desire) of men" [8]

Shaykh 'Abdur Rahman as-Sa'di when interpreting the above verse, he said: "The meaning of this verse: Do not you (O women) often leave the house with ornate or wearing fragrances, as was the custom of ignorance which women first, they do not have knowledge (of religion) and faith. All this in order to prevent evil (for women) and their causes ". [9]

Shaykh Bakr Abu Zayd said: "When Allah Almighty ordered the women to settle in their homes then Allah Almighty prohibits them from (deeds) tabarruj women Ignorance, (ie) with frequently out of the house or out of the house with ornate, wear fragrances, revealing the face and show their beauty and jewelry that God commanded to be hidden.

Tabarruj (the language) is taken from the (word) al-burj (star, something that is bright and looks), in between (meaning) it is excessive in revealing jewelry and beauty, such as the head, face, neck, chest, arms, legs and other body, or reveal additional jewelry.

This is due to frequent (the women) out of the house or out to reveal (jewelry and beauty they) will cause a scandal and huge damage (for themselves and the people) "[10]

From the above we can conclude that the translation of the meaning of tabarruj includes two things, namely:

1 Often a woman out of the house, because it is the cause of the slander and damage. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Verily, the woman is nakedness, then when he came out (of the house) Shaytan will follow (menghiasainya to be a trial for men), and the situation is closest to his Lord (Allah Almighty) is when he is in his house ". [11]

Imam al-Qurtubi, when interpreting the above verse, he said: "The meaning of this verse is a command (for women) to menetapi their homes. Although the (origin) is addressed to the wives of the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, but the meaning of (the women) besides those (also) included in the command. It is the absence of specific arguments (include) all women. In fact (the arguments) is full of Islamic law (command) for women to menetapi their homes and not leave the house except for emergency (forced) "[12]

Shaykh 'Abdul' Aziz bin Baz said: "Allaah commanded for a woman to settle in his house and did not leave the house except for the requirement that permissible (allowed preformance Islam) with menetapi prescribed adab-adab (in Islam). Indeed Allah has named the (deeds) the persistence of a woman in her home with "qaraar" (fixed, stable, quiet), this implies a very high and noble. Because with this soul will be calm, his heart will be peaceful and roomy chest. So with out the house will cause turmoil of his soul, his heart turmoil and narrow chest, and bring it to a state that will result in badness for him "[13]

Elsewhere, he said: "Allah Almighty ordered the women to menetapi their homes, because their departure from home is often the cause of (the onset of) defamation. And indeed the arguments Shari'a show bolehnya them out of the house if there is a need (the Shari'a compliant), with wearing hijab (which is true) and avoid wearing jewelry, but their persistence in the house is a (legal) origin and it is better for them as well more than slander "[14]

Shaykh Muhammad Nasir al-Albani said: "(The law) origin woman should not go out of the house unless there is a need (in accordance with the law), as mentioned in the hadeeth (history) imam al-Bukhari (no. 4517) when down the word of Allah Almighty:

وقرن في بيوتكن ولا تبرجن تبرج الجاهلية الأولى

"And let you (O wives of the Prophet) settled in your homes and do not you bertabarruj (often out of the house with ornate and act) like a (custom) Ignorance women who used" [al-Ahzaab: 33]

Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Indeed Allah has permitted you (the women) to come (home) if (there is) the purpose of you (which is permissible in law)" [15]

In fact, the persistence of women in the home is' aziimatun Syar'iyyah (legal origin amplified in Islamic law), so that their ability to leave the house is rukhshah (lightness) is only allowed in an emergency or if there is a need. Therefore, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala in three verses of the Qur'an [16] attribute / houses to couple to the women, when it is clear the houses they occupy are the property of their husbands or guardians, this all shows that always settled and the house is located in a state that is suitable and appropriate for them. 2 Exit the house to reveal the beauty and jewelry that should be hidden in the presence of men who are not mahram ..

Shaykh 'Abdul' Aziz bin Baz said: "Allaah commanded the women to menetapi their homes and prohibits them from acts tabarruj (ala) jahiliyyah, which appeared jewelery and beauty, such as the head, face, neck, chest , arm, calf and jewelry (beautiful woman) other, as this will (cause) slander and great damage, as well as the men invited themselves to the causes (which leads to) fornication ... ". [18]

Allah Almighty ordered the women to hide their jewelry and beauty in his words:

ولا يضربن بأرجلهن ليعلم ما يخفين من زينتهن

"And do not they (the women) hitting their feet so that people know that they hide jewelry". [An-Nur: 31]

Jewelry is forbidden to be shown in this subsection include all kinds of jewelry, whether in the form of their limbs and additional jewelry adorning their physical.

Shaykh 'Abdul' Aziz bin Baz said: "Watch women are forbidden to be shown everything favored by men of a woman and invited her to see him, be it jewelery / beauty origin (their limbs) or jewelry that can be cultivated (additional jewels that adorn their physical), which all added to the physical women to beautify and adorn themselves "[19].

Threats Loud And Vices tabarruj
From Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-`As radi anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said: "There will be at the end of my Ummah (later) women dressed (but) naked, on top of their head (no jewelry) as camel hump, laknatlah them because (indeed) they were accursed (away from the mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala) ".

In another hadith there is extra: "They will not go to heaven and can not smell (fragrance) it, whereas the fragrance can really kiss from a distance so and so" [20]

In this hadith there is a strong threat which indicates that the action tabarruj including a major sin, because all sin is a major sin punishable by God to Hell, his anger, his curse, his doom, or shut out of Heaven. Therefore, all Muslims agree tabarruj declared illegitimate, as imam ash-San'ani explanation [21].

Imam al-Qadi 'Iyad al-Yahshubi enter into a deed tabarruj major sins based on the above hadith, in his book "al-Mu'lim syarhu shahiihi Muslim" (1/243).

Threats and other tabarruj vices mentioned in Saheeh arguments are as follows [22]:

1 tabarruj is the sunnah of Ignorance, as the word of God:

وقرن في بيوتكن ولا تبرجن تبرج الجاهلية الأولى

"And let you (O wives of the Prophet) settled in your homes and do not you bertabarruj (often out of the house with ornate and act) like a (custom) Ignorance women who used" [al-Ahzaab: 33].

2 tabarruj digandengakan with shirk, fornication, stealing and other major sins, so the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam made one of the conditions for membai'at the Muslim woman to leave tabarruj. From Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-`As radi anhu, he said: Umaimah Bintu Ruqaiqah came to the Messenger sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam to membai'at he sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam on the Islamic religion. Then the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "I membai'at you up (basic) God does not associate you with something, do not steal, do not commit adultery, do not kill your children, do not you lie there between the two hand-held and your feet, do not lament the bodies, and not doing tabarruj (often out of the house with ornate and act) like a (custom) Ignorance women who used "[23]

3 Threats to kebinasan hard for women who do tabarruj. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "There are three classes of people who do not you ask about them (because they will have destruction large): the person who left the congregation (the Muslims) and the revolt against the imam (ruler / government) and he died in a state of it, slave women or men who fled (from employer) and then he died (in that state), and a woman who (when) her husband was not at home (in a state) has dicukupkan purposes of his world (life), and he did tabarruj after that, then do not ask about this they "[24]

Imam adh-Dhahabi 4. make tabarruj acts performed by many women including the causes that make the majority of them, including the occupants of Hell [25], na'uudzu billahi dzaalik min. Our nukil speech he will complete in this paper, insha Allah.

Shaykh Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Shaykh Alu [26] specify the evils deeds dali tabarruj based arguments in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, including the following:

- Tabarruj is immoral to Allah and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, as the arguments that we have mentioned.

- Tabarruj will bring a curse and kept away from the grace of God, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "There will be at the end of my Ummah (later) the women were dressed (but) naked, on top of their head (no jewelry) like a camel's hump , laknatlah them because (indeed) they were accursed (away from the mercy of Allaah) "[27].

- Tabarruj including the nature of the female inhabitants of Hell, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam: "There are two groups, including residents of Hell that I have not seen them: (first) those who hold whips like the tails of cattle, (used) to beat / torture humans, (both) The women are dressed (but) bare ... "[28]

- Tabarruj is gloom and darkness on the Day of Judgment. Shaykh Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Shaikh Alu here postulated with a weak hadith but its meaning correctly.

- Tabarruj is fahisyah actions (nasty). Because a woman is nakedness, then revealing genitalia including indecency and wrath of God, which tells them Syaithanlah not act. Allaah says:

إنما يأمركم بالسوء والفحشاء وأن تقولوا على الله ما لا تعلمون

"Indeed Shaytan it just tells you to do bad (all sinners) and vile, and say about God what you do not know" [al-Baqarah: 169].

- Tabarruj is the sunnah of the devil. Because he tried hard to open up and expose the nakedness of their hijab, then tabarruj are the main target (trickery) of the devil. Jalaa Jalaaluh God says:

يا بني آدم لا يفتننكم الشيطان كما أخرج أبويكم من الجنة ينزع عنهما لباسهما ليريهما سوآتهما

"O son of Adam, let not you be deceived by Satan as he has issued a second mother your father (Adam and Eve) from Heaven, he stripped of both his clothes to show both 'private parts" [al-A'raf: 27]

- Is a method of deception tabarruj Jews. Because they have a major role in efforts to destroy human life by way of slander and show the beauty of women, and they are very experienced in this field. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Fear you to (slander) world, and fear to (slander) of women, for verily the first libel that struck the Israelites are about women" [29].
