EU summit to give time till Monday to Russian and pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine to take steps to improve the situation in the region.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused the U.S. of encouraging Ukraine to challenge Moscow.
In a televised speech on Saturday (29/6), he said 'our fellow Americans still prefer pushing towards confrontation Ukrainian leaders'. He added, opportunities to resolve the crisis Ukraine would be better if it just depends on Russia and Europe.
Lavrov charges were issued after the EU summit on Friday (28/6) who decided not to immediately impose sanctions against Russia as a new cause chaos in eastern Ukraine. But given the time until Monday to Russian and pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine to take steps to improve the situation in the region.
Most rebels have said they will implement the Ukrainian military ceasefire apply.
Before the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announcement of the ceasefire extension, Ukraine said four soldiers were killed and several others wounded in an attack on Kramotorsk separatists, in the eastern Donetsk region.
Ukraine on Friday (28/6) signed a free trade agreement and deepen relations with the EU, the agreement raises Russian ire and trigger bloodshed and political upheaval during the last seven months.
Ukraine Extends Ceasefire with Rebels
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko extend a unilateral ceasefire with the separatist pro-Russian for three days.

The European Union demanded that the separatists and their supporters in Moscow took steps to defuse the crisis in eastern Ukraine - including the peace talks were "substantial" and allow the European team monitoring the ceasefire.
Earlier on Friday, and Ukraine signed a free trade agreement with the EU's new economy, angered Russia that threatened to retaliate.
It is the same deal that was signed by the president rejected the pro-Russian Viktor Yanukovych last year so he was deposed and cause chaos in eastern Ukraine.
Poroshenko called it "a great day" for Ukraine. He was determined to succeed the agreement and commit the necessary economic reforms.
A spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin said the Kremlin would have to take steps to protect its economy. He did not give details.
