. Deaths from ferry sank in the South so 104 people
The number of fatalities due to ferry sank in South Korea jumped so 104 on Tuesday morning , when 17 bodies were removed from the vessel during a search operation on Monday night .
The divers began the underwater search operations of approximately 06.30 local time .
So far , 104 people have been confirmed dead , and 198 people are still missing . The number of people rescued is still unchanged , 174 .
A total of 550 divers will be deployed to search for the dead and those who might have survived inside the ship , while 212 ships and 34 aircraft will be deployed .
Weather conditions foreseen in support of a search operation . Water temperature 13 degrees Celsius , and gelombag 0.5 meters . Current speed is 1.5 knots .
The divers began to enter and conduct a search in a shipwreck off the start on Monday ( 21/4 ) , and find more casualties . On Monday alone , 28 bodies were removed from the ferry .
