Fear of ships sunk, other countries no go area Indonesia
MERDEKA.COM. Joko Widodo President and Minister of Marine
and Fisheries Susi Pudjiastuti aggressively sending threatening messages to
drown foreign vessels operating illegally in Indonesian waters. According to
Susie, there are approximately 5,400 foreign ships that roam the seas bulging
Indonesia.
Susi said the government has communicated with a number
of ambassadors of foreign policy related sink ships that will begin to be
effective from 14 December 2014.
"It's been calling ambassador-ambassador connection
with these fish thieves," said Susi in Jakarta, Thursday (4/12).
In the presence of the ambassador, Susi repeated the
government's attitude toward foreign ships caught stealing fish and seafood in
Indonesian waters. He claims to have a positive reaction from the ambassador.
"They respect us have the desire ocean governance
with proper management. They agreed," added Susi.
Owner airline Susi Air's say, a foreign ambassador in
Indonesia also has the program on Indonesian maritime regulations.
"They alone make the announcement to not get in (sea
area) Indonesia again. It's the danger, because Indonesia will be
decisive," he said.
