BW Resignation Rejected, Johan: The accusation is slander
and engineering
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Application submitted

Commission (KPK), was rejected by the other KPK leaders: Abraham Samad, Adnan
Pandu Praja and Zulkarnain.
Deputy Prevention KPK Johan Budi said the KPK leaders
believe reporting to the police to report Bambang determination as the suspect
is slander and engineering. On the other hand, the Commission still needs

whether to issue a decree suspension or not," he said at the KPK building,

Johan said the rejection of the resignation Bambang would
not be a bad precedent related public officials should resign when his status
as a suspect. The resignation is a personal right Bambang. But leadership is
also entitled to reject the resignation.
"So now everything is in the hands of the
president," he said.
He added that the Commission as an institution will
provide legal assistance to Bambang through law firm in the anti-corruption
agency. In addition to having its own legal team, the Commission will oversee
the full legal proceedings against Bambang related case at Police Headquarters.
"KPK respect the legal process by the Police
Headquarters," he said.
