Gerakan prinsip politik demokratis yang diawali Nabi Muhammad SAW pada abad ke-6 di kota Madinah, Arab Saudi, kini mulai menjangkiti negara-negara Timur – Temgah, walaupun coba dibendung negara-negara sekuler dengan sekutunya namun sulit dibendung gerakannya.

Gerakan ini terlihat dengan kemenangan Hamas di Palestina, namun kemenangan itu dijegal negara Amerika Serikat dengan tidak mengakuinya, sehingga Hamas hanya ‘’dipasung’’ di jalur Gaza, dan gerakan Fatah kembali mengusai Palestina di Tepi Barat.

Kini di Mesir kembali Partai Islam Ikhwanul Muslimin yang didukung Partai Annur Salafi memenangkan pemilihan umum paling demokratis di Mesir dengan 51 persen suara, sehingga Presiden Mursi jadi Presiden.
Namun baru satu tahun berkuasa, Mursi dikudeta kelompok Militer yang di dukung kelompok oposisi yang sekuler.

Terjadinya proses demokratisasi di Mesir nampaknya tidak disukai Amerika Serikat yang nampaknya ragu-ragu mendukung Mursi, apalagi negara-negara Arab,seperti Arab Saudi, Kuwait dan Uni Emirat Arab yang kuatir gerakan demokratisasi di Mesir bisa merembet ke negara mereka hinnga bisa menumbangkan sistem monarki absolut yang hanya menguntungkan segelintir penguasa (raja), bukan mayoritas rakyat.

Itulah ketika Pemerintahan sekuler dukungan militerkembali berkuasa di Mesir , segera Arab Saudi, Kuwait dan Uni Emirat Arab menjanjikan bentuan pinjaman lunak US$ 12 miliar, bentuan yang tidak ditawarkan ketika Mursi ketika berkuasa. Mursi ketika itu dibiarkan membangun ekonomi Mesir yang morat marit akibat peninggalan rezim Mubarak dengan mengajukan pinjaman pada Bank Dunia.

Kini prinsip demokratis mulai marak di Timur Tengah, dalam hitungan bulan mulai akan menumbangkan rezim dukungan militer Assad di Suriah, serta rejim otoritarian lainnya di Timur Tengah. Dan Rakyat Arab di Timur Tengah mulai sadar siapa-siapa saja yang betul-betul kampiun mendukung gerakan demokratis.

Dua orang tewas dan tujuh orang cedera dalam bentrokan pada Jumat malam (19/7) antara pendukung dan penentang presiden Mesir yang dikudeta Muhammad Mursi di Mesir Utara, demikian laporan edisi daring media resmi, Ahram, Sabtu.

Di Kota Mansoura di Delta Nil, seorang perempuan dan seorang anak perempuan yang berusia 13 tahun ditembak hingga tewas, sementara tujuh orang menderita luka serius akibat penembakan dan penikaman, kata laporan tersebut.

Ketujuh orang yang cedera telah dipindahkan ke rumah sakit terdekat.

Bentrokan itu terjadi saat sejumlah pendukung Mursi turun ke jalan sesudah Shalat Jumat, dan menyerukan pemulihan presiden terguling Mesir tersebut sebagai pemimpin sah negeri itu, demikian laporan Xinhua --yang dipantau Antara di Jakarta, Sabtu.

Penentang Mursi mendukung Angkatan Bersenjata dan peta jalannya. Mereka menyalahkan pendukung Moursi atas kerusuhan baru-baru ini.

Sementara itu, di dalam satu pernyataan yang dikeluarkan pada Jumat malam, Menteri Dalam Negeri Mesir Muhammad Ibrahim kembali menyampaikan komitmennya untuk melindungi pemrotes damai dan pawai mereka sejalan dengan Angkatan Bersenjata.

Ia juga memperingatkan warga agar tidak melakukan kerusuhan dan pengrusakan, dan menambahkan Angkatan Bersenjata serta polisi Mesir takkan membiarkan setiap orang yang berupaya melanggar hukum, merusak jalan, membuat sesak lembaga negara atau menduduki kompleks penting.

Ikhwanul Muslimin pada Sabtu (20/7) dini hari waktu Kairo, Mesir, mengungkapkan bahwa empat wanita pendukung presiden terguling Muhammad Mursi tewas dan lebih 200 orang cedera akibat diserang di kota Provinsi Mansoura, 126 kilometer utara Kairo.

"Kami diserang oleh perusuh dan menewaskan empat wanita dan lebih 200 orang cedera," kata Satuan Media Darurat Ikhwanul Muslimin pendukung Mursi. Pendukung Mursi pada Jumat melancarkan unjuk rasa akbar di Kairo dan berbagai kota provinsi untuk menuntut pengembalian keabsahan Presiden Mursi yang digulingkan dalam kudeta militer pada tiga pekan lalu. Sejak digulingkan pada 3 Juli, Mursi ditahan di suatu tempat yang dirahasiakan.

Amerika Serikat dan Uni Eropa telah mendesak penguasa transisi, namun ditolak dengan alasan keamanan. Kelompok anti-Mursi juga pada Jumat melakukan unjuk rasa di Bundaran Tahrir untuk menuntut Mursi diadili.

Hingga Sabtu dini hari waktu setempat, suasana kota Kairo relatif aman kendati terjadi demo besar dari kedua pihak yang berseberangan. Selain di Kairo, unjuk rasa dari kedua kubu juga dilancarkan di berbagai kota provinsi.

Komnas HAM Indonesia mengimbau kepada masyarakat dunia untuk mengutuk keras kudeta militer terhadap pemerintahan yang sah dan berdaulat di Mesir.

Komisioner Komnas HAM RI, Maneger Nasution, menilai kudeta militer yang berlangsung di Mesir adalah pengkhianatan terhadap nilai demokrasi yang telah menjadi norma secara universal.

''Saya menyayangkan standard ganda PBB melalui sekjen-nya soal kudeta di Mesir. Ban Ki Mon “membiarkan” kudeta di Mesir dan melihatnya sebagai bentuk pengungkapan kebebasan bersuara. Berbeda sekali saat kudeta militer di Niger (2010) Uni Eropa,  AS, dan Prancis menghimbau Niger dengan selekasnya memulihkan tata tertib UUD,'' ungkap Maneger Nasution kepada ROL, Senin (8/7).

Pada 2012 , kata dia, PBB mengecam kudeta militer di Afrika Barat, Mali.

Gedung Putih, kata dia,  juga mengecam keras kudeta militer di Guinea mereka mengecam militer Bissau yang merebut kekuasaan dari kepemimpinan negara sipil.

''Negara-negara barat juga setali tiga uang, pada satu sisi mengagungkan demokrasi, namun pada kasus Mesir hanya diam seribu bahasa. Lantas kenapa pada saat terjadi kudeta di Mesir  semua pada diam? Ada apa ini sebenarnya?”

Pihaknya juga berharap Presiden RI memberikan (lagi) sikap lebih lugas lagi soal krisis Mesir ini, karena fatsun politik Indonesia adalah bebas aktif. Indonesia  harus berperan aktif dalam menciptakan ketertiban dunia sesuai amanah UUD 1945.

Presiden Mesir, Adly Mansour, pada Kamis berjanji untuk memperjuangkan pulihnya keamanan sampai akhir saat Ikhwanul Muslimin berjanji melakukan protes-protes baru menentang pemerintah barunya yang dilantik militer.

"Kami berada pada saat yang menentukan dalam sejarah Mesir, yang beberapa orang ingin mengarahkan ke arah yang tidak diketahui," katanya dalam pidato televisi. "Kami akan melawan berjuang untuk keamanan sampai akhir. Kami akan melestarikan revolusi."

Mansour, seorang hakim tinggi yang ditunjuk sebagai pemimpin sementara setelah militer menggulingkan presiden terpilih Muhammad Mursi pada 3 Juli, kembali menawarkan "cabang zaitun" kepada para pendukung Islamis Mursi itu.

Sekretaris Jenderal PBB, Ban Ki-moon, Kamis (11/7), menyampaikan keprihatinan mengenai krisis di Mesir dan surat penangkapan yang dikeluarkan terhadap pemimpin Ikhwanul Muslimin serta orang lain.

Ban mengutarakan keprihatinannya selama percakapan telepon dengan Menteri Luar Negeri Mesir, Mohamed Kamel Amr. Ban mengatakan tak ada tempat bagi pembalasan atau pengecualian masyarakat atau partai utama di Mesir.

''Ban juga menyerukan dialog damai yang meliputi semua pihak dalam arena politik di Mesir,'' demikian laporan Xinhua yang dipantau Antara di Jakarta, Jumat pagi.

Ia menyatakan PBB mendukung Pemerintah Mesir yang sepenuhnya bertanggung-jawab pada rakyat Mesir.
Jaksa Agung Mesir sebelumnya mengeluarkan surat penangkapan atas pemimpin Ikhwanul Muslimin, Muhammad Badie, dan tokoh lain pada Rabu (10/7).

Mereka diperintah ditangkap dengan tuduhan menghasut bentrokan yang melibatkan kekerasan pada Senin. Bentrokan yang akhirnya menewaskan tak kurang dari 51 orang di luar Rumah Pengawal Republik.
