Actress France ask
for the sacrifice of animals was banned in Nepal

said it expected the international community denounced
thepractice of sacrifice in Nepal.
France actress and animal
rights activist, Brigitte Bardot, urging the President of Nepalprohibiting livestock used
for sacrifice in a celebration of the Hindu religion.
Every five years the
citizens in southern Nepal killed tens of thousands of animals that
were sacrificed to Gadhimai, the Hindu goddess of power.
Through a letter addressed to leaders
of Nepal and is published by the FoundationBrigitte Bardot on
Monday (10/11), Bardot said he wasn't sure the
goddess Gadhimaiwill be happy to accept the sacrifice of the
animals are sinless.
Bardot said the
international community should denounce this practice.
The number of animals
that were sacrificed in religious events reached approximately
250,000 tail, composed of goats, buffaloes, pigs, chickens,
doves, and white mice.
Many of the pilgrims were
present at the event were from India, which banned
theslaughtering of animals.
