Cairo, KOMPAS.COM — Ansar Beit al-jihad Jerusalem, an organization based in the North of the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt, have expressed their loyalty to the ISIS group.

Obama added, sending 1,500 additional U.s. troops to train Iraq's military marks a"new phase" in the war against groups of ISIS. Obama said, the increase in American troops that would help Iraq conduct "resistance", but he reiterated his stand thatAmerican troops will not engage in combat on the ground.
