This list of 24 richest people in Indonesia
JAKARTA. Hurun Research Institute released a list of the
richest people in the world in 2015. The founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates,
still the standings in a report titled Global Hurun Rich List 2015, which was
released on Tuesday (02/03/2015).
In the list that contains 2,089 billionaire from 68
countries there are 24 billionaires from Indonesia.
Owner cigarette company Djarum, Michael Hartono, became
the richest in Indonesia, ranking all 185 overall. Michael who also has a stake
in Bank Central Asia has a wealth of 6.5 billion US dollars or equivalent to Rp
81.25 trillion (exchange rate of 1 US dollar equivalent of USD 12,500).
According to Hurun, Michael same property with his wealth last year.
Meanwhile, brother Michael, R Budi Hartono, are second
richest man in Indonesia or ranks 194 overall. Wealth Budi down 5% from last
year to 6.2 billion US dollars.
Of the 24 billionaires who entered the Hurun list, there
are three new faces which immediately skyrocketed to the top of world's richest
people. The four people to be thrown from the list.
Third billionaire who made it into the Hurun radar is the
Lim family Hariyanto Wijaya Sarwono immediately skyrocketed and are in a
position to 723's or No. 6 in Indonesia. Employers flagged Bumitama Agri Ltd
has a wealth of 2.2 billion dollars.
Another new face is Ciliandra Fangiono located at No.
1004 (9th in Indonesia), as well as Ciputra families who are ranked the 1498
(13th in Indonesia).
