JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Presidential Palace Complex not
spared from floods caused by heavy rains in Jakarta, Monday (09/02/2015)
morning until this afternoon. Exactly in front of the Presidential Palace,
Jalan Merdeka Utara, water seemed flooded roads making it difficult for
motorists to pass.
Observation Kompas.com, water ranges from 20-30 cm height
makes Jalan Merdeka Utara from Gambir direction heading to Harmony only one
path can be traversed. Traffic flow paralyzed. Vehicle was snaking from the
front of the Supreme Court.
Puddles looked evenly from Jalan Merdeka Utara to
Harmony. Dozens of bikers are reckless flood bypass helpless and vehicle engine
eventually died in the middle of the road.
