Two aircraft engines TransAsia 'dead', at least 19 passanger dead


The plane crashed in the Keelung River in Kinmen Island flights.
Taiwan Aviation Safety Council said both engines TransAsia Airways aircraft that crashed this week failed to work.
Based on data from the black box, the flow of electricity to the aircraft engine broke. The pilot tried to turn off and turn on again machines but the attempt failed.
"The first machine having problems 37 seconds after takeoff at an altitude of 1,200 feet," said Director of Aviation Safety Council, Thomas Wang.
The body of the pilot, Liao Chien-tsung, was found in a state still holds the levers of control.

Rescue team tried to free victims still trapped in the fuselage, which is now almost entirely submerged in the Keelung River.
Television footage showed some survivors swam to leave the fuselage and survivors reported about 15 people.
A statement issued by TransAsia mention a certain person has been discharged from the hospital, but they did not explain the total number of survivors.
They say at least 20 people unaccounted for. The plane was carrying 58 people with the goal of Kinmen Islands, located in the southeast city of China Xiamen.

Rescue team tried to free the trapped passengers expected in the fuselage.
Video footage taken by a driver of a vehicle showing the plane fell sharply before the wings hit the overpass, shortly after taking off from Taipei's Songshan airport for domestic flights.
About 30 passengers are expected to tourists from mainland China.

For airline TransAsia This is the second accident in the last few months. July their plane crashed due to bad weather, killing 48 people. (BBC)
