Iraqi forces Do Looting and Burning After Hit Back ISIS

Troops and Iraqi militias repelling ISIS irregulars from
Amerli town, northern Iraq, in September last, looting and burning homes,
shops, and places of business, Human Rights Watch said in a new report
Wednesday.

Human Rights Watch said that his staff did not document
