Generosity of the Prophet Muhammad
Shallalahu 'Alaihi Wasallam

By
Al-Ustadz Yazid bin Abdul Qadir Jawas

'Abdullah ibn' Abbaas anhuma said:

كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أجود الناس, وأجود ما يكون في رمضان حين يلقاه جبريل, وكان جبريل عليه السلام يلقاه في كل ليلة من رمضان فيدارسه القرآن, فلرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أجود بالخير من الريح المرسلة

The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the most generous person with kindness, and more generous again in the month of Ramadan when Gabriel Alaihissallam met him. Jibril met him every night of Ramadan to listen to the reading of al-Quran. Indeed, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is more generous than the wind that blows. "

Takhrij Hadith
This hadeeth saheeh. Reported by:
1. Al-Bukhari (no. 1902, 3220, 3554, 4997)
2. Muslim (no. 2308)
3. An-Nasa'i (IV / 125)

Hadith vocabulary
Humans are the most generous.

Someone read al-Qur'ân to his friend, and his friend to repeat reading.

Winds that blow are many benefits.

Syarh Hadith
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam was the most generous man, and philanthropist is a commendable trait. Ramadan, the generosity of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam increases. Because the moon is a kindness season. And favors that Allah gave to His servants at the moon more than other months. Hence the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam follow the sunnah of Allah on His servants to donate exceeds other months. Even described in the above hadith, the speed of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam in a generous act faster than the wind that blows. Diserupakannya generosity of the Prophet with the wind that blows is because of the generosity of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam provide comprehensive benefits such as the wind that blows which confers a benefit on what passed. [1]

Generosity of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam which doubled in the month of Ramadan in particular contains faidah that many priests as mentioned by Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy, among others [2]:

1. The glory of that time and doubled the reward of charity in it.

2. Helping people who are fasting, praying, and people who dhikr in carrying out their obedience. Thus, he will get a reward like the reward perpetrators. In a hadith narrated by friend Zaid bin Khalid al-Juhani radi anhu, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:

من فطر صائما كان له مثل أجره غير أنه لا ينقص من أجر الصائم شيئا

Who feeds for breaking the fasting person, then he will get reward similar to the fasting person without reducing the slightest reward the fasting person. [3]

3. In the month of Ramadan, Allah Almighty give a gift (grace) that much to his servants, whether it be a mercy, forgiveness, and deliverance from hell. Moreover, when Tatyana Qadr. And Allah Almighty loves His servants loving as already accepted in those sayings by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam. So, who's charity to his servants, Allah will donate to him with giving and the gift, and the reply depends on the type of pebuatan servant.

4. Combining the practice of fasting and almsgiving that can enter a person into heaven, as the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,

Verily in Paradise there are rooms visible from the exterior and the interior visible from the outside. Allâh prepare these rooms for people who feed, soften the words, always fasted, and prayer in the middle of the night when people sleep [4]

5. Collect between fasting and alms more potent in eliminating sin, protect and keep away from Hell Hell, even more so if the two cases were merged with the night prayer. In a hadith narrated by the companions radi Mu'adh anhu, from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, he sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said:

"... Alms will remove errors as water to extinguish the fire, and his prayer is someone in the middle of the night ..." [5]

that is, that the middle of the night prayer someone else can erase mistakes (sins).

6. In the fasting person there are certainly drawbacks, and the cement shortage is fast with alms (zakat) nature and various other charity.

7. Entertain poor people is one manifestation of a person's ingratitude towards Allah. A person who is fasting, when she felt hungry, so he will not forget the needy and poor brother.

8. Imam Shafi'i rahimahullah said, "I like when someone adds generosity in the month of Ramadan, as a form of imitation him to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, and also because of human needs and busy most of them with fasting and prayer so that livelihoods they are neglected.

Generous and generous nature was not limited to the provision of property, but can vary. Among them: providing property, provide knowledge, utilizing his position to help people and meet their needs, and so forth. Al-Haafiz Ibn Rajab, may Allaah have mercy say, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam charity with various forms of philanthropy, such as: providing knowledge, wealth, sacrificing his life to Allah Almighty to preach religion and leadeth his servants, as well as providing benefits to humans in many ways, such as: feeding the hungry, advising fool, perform human intent, and bear the brunt of them. "[6]

Nature generous and merciful among moral glory possessed by the Arabs. When Islam came, then both the trait is emphasized again. 'Urwah ibn az-Zubair radi anhu said, "When Islam came, the Arab community has sixty more noble character. And everything is emphasized in Islam. Among them, entertain guests, keeping promises, and a good neighbor. "[7]

FAWA-ID

2. It is recommended much alms, especially in Ramadan.
3. Recommendation to be generous and prohibition of curmudgeonly nature (stingy).
4. Recommendation to increase properties such generous during Ramadan and when assembled with righteous people.

NOT STRONG FAST AND TECHNICAL PAYMENT fidyah

By
Dr Anas Ustadz Burhanuddin MA

Question.
1. Ustad, I want to ask my wife for one month of Ramadan can not fast because every day vomiting (being pregnant). Do fidyahnya calculated every day seven ounces of rice times a month? In pentasarufan (division) it can be given to poor people? Is it enough to just one man? Please answer, Syukran

2. Ustadz, I have a niece who are breastfeeding a baby and a father who is old, so they can not fast. Roughly, if the form of cash or food staples, what and how technical the payment?
Can we unite when the payment to the village mosque caretaker who was tending zakat zakat Fitr? jazakallah Khairan

Answer.
May Allah Almighty guide us all to obedience and zeal to deepen his faith. The answer from the two pen on we made one in the following answers.

People who are unable to fast due to old age, or pregnant or nursing, are required to pay fidyah, as the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala:

وعلى الذين يطيقونه فدية طعام مسكين

And those who objected to fasting should pay the fidyah in the form of feeding the poor [1]

What is meant is a sense of tremendous weight, because every fasting person would feel the weight.

When interpreting this verse, Ibn Abbaas anhu said:

والحبلى والمرضع إذا خافتا أفطرتا وأطعمتا كل يوم مسكينا

Pregnant and lactating women should not fast if worried and they shall feed one poor person for each day of the deceased. [Bayhaqi in the Sunan books as-Shagîr, no. 1351, convicted hasan by al-Bushiri and Ibn Hajar rahimahullah, judged authentic by al-Albani [2]]

And in another narration he said,

Not a problem for pregnant and breastfeeding women not to fast, and there is no obligation qadha` on both. [HR ad-Daraquthni no. 4269]

A similar interpretation was narrated from Ibn 'Umar radi anhuma and interpretation of the two companions of the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam is feasible over the interpretation put forward other scholars, because it deals with the interpretation of the verse and no menyelisihinya among the Companions.

Fidyah to be paid by delivering fast food to taste, as is done by Anas bin Malik radi anhu when entering old age.

From Anas bin Malik radi anhu radi anhu narrated that he was not strong fasting (Ramadan) in a year, then he made a big tray of tsarid [3] and invited thirty people to make them satisfied. [HR ad-Daraquthni no. 2390, judged authentic by al-Haitsami and al-Albani [4]]

It could also provide a staple food that is still raw. Levels according to most Ulama is one mudd for each day left. One mudd equals 0.25 sha '. If one sha 'is equal to 2.5 kg, then one mudd = 625 grams. Should not give it to the poor in the form of money, because the verses and hadiths ordered to be given in the form of food.

For certain beneficiaries, such as equity, may be given by the committee fidyah zakat Fitr; due to the same recipients, namely the poor. However, it should be explained that this is the fidyah, to be given only to the poor; because some people argue that the zakat Fitr is also distributed to the eight categories of zakat recipients.

In paragraph explained that the fidyah in the form of food given to the poor, without any mention of a certain amount. Thus, fidyah can be given to different people according to the number days left as is done Anas radi anhu, fidyah 30 days was given to 30 people. Can also be given to some people, even be given to one person only.
